Effective July 1, 2026, the Allen County Engineer’s Office (ACEO) will no longer be administering the Stormwater Management & Sediment Control Regulations (SMSCR) for developments in Allen County. Moving forward, the Allen Soil & Water Conservation District (ASWCD) will assume this responsibility on behalf of the Board of Allen County Commissioners. All stormwater permit applications, correspondence, and associated fees must be directed to ASWCD:
